身为艺术教育体制中“饱读诗书”的一个绝佳典型，“郑琦”的意义在于她能够从多年训练中获得反思的自觉。挣脱固化的表述方式需要甘冒下坠的风险，郑琦一直着迷于在风中振翅高飞。保持个人的思考和探求源自内心的自信和坦然，画面上貌似简单的肆意妄为因而具有力量和趣味。同样的气质、才华也显现在郑琦的拼贴、摄影、装置和影像作品中。

As an excellent model of  “reading a great deal” under the art education system, the significance of Zheng Qi is that she can attain reflective consciousness from training these years. To break loose from entrenched style of expression, you should risk falling down, and Zheng Qi is always fascinate by the feeling of flying in wind. She is always keeping individual thought and exploring self-confidence and self-possession from heart. Therefore the simply reckless behaviors in appearance  are endowed with strength and interest. The same temperament and talent can also be observed in the collage, photograph and instrument productions of Zheng Qi.
